Kartumu Yarta Boakai Helping Hand Digital Impact Initiative

Verified need. Accountable support. Documented proof of impact.

Helping Hand Liberia is a national platform where every published need has been independently verified in the field, every contribution is confirmed through authorized financial review, and every delivery is evidenced before a case is closed.

The accountability chain

Nothing is published, funded or closed without evidence

Each stage is recorded, attributed and reviewable. A need cannot skip a step, and no status changes without an authorized decision behind it.

  1. 01

    Need submitted

A household, school, clinic or community institution submits a need with supporting evidence.

  2. 02

    Independently verified

A field verifier confirms the need in person and records what was seen. Unverified needs never reach the marketplace.

  3. 03

    Published for support

Only verified needs are published, with the beneficiary's identity protected and the cost stated openly.

  4. 04

    Contribution reviewed

Contributions are matched to a sponsorship reference and confirmed only after authorized financial review.

  5. 05

    Fulfilled by a vendor

Goods and services are procured through accountable vendors, never released as untraced cash.

  6. 06

    Proof of impact

Delivery evidence is reviewed and the sponsor receives proof that the verified need was met.

Each listing states the county, the beneficiary group, the number of people who will benefit, the amount required, the amount received and the amount remaining. You can fund a need in full, contribute part of it, or support a county or beneficiary group.

Dignity and safeguarding

The need is shown. The person is protected.

No woman, child or family has to be exposed in order to receive help. The following is never published, on any surface of this platform.

  • Names of individual beneficiaries, including children
  • Photographs that identify a child or a vulnerable individual
  • Home addresses or GPS coordinates of a household
  • Personal telephone numbers or email addresses
  • Medical records, diagnoses or clinical history
  • Financial circumstances of a household
  • Case notes, verifier reports or internal correspondence

Founding recognition

Her Excellency Kartumu Yarta Boakai

The founding visionary of the Kartumu Yarta Boakai Helping Hand Digital Impact Initiative, whose humanitarian work across Liberia established the standard this platform now enforces: help that is verified before it is promised, and evidenced after it is delivered.

Helping Hand Liberia operates as an independent humanitarian platform. Its authority comes from verification and published evidence, not from office.
